BATTERSEA, LONDON (ALBERT PALACE MANSIONS)

Welcome to Battersea, London (Albert Palace Mansions)

Acquisition and refurbishment of a two bedroom, 720 sqft ground floor apartment next to Battersea Park. The refurbishment included a complete redesign, strip back to brick with new plaster, plumbing and electrics.

Upon valuation post refurbishment, the project has returned a 30% profit on cost. The value was further boosted by the opening of the new Northern Line tube extension at Battersea Power Station and general regeneration of Battersea Power Station and Nine Elms.
